System introduction

Huaxia Tianxin equipment prognostics and health management (PHM) system is the key technology to achieve condition-based predictive maintenance of large mechanical and electrical equipment. The system uses big data, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, cloud computing, edge computing and other technologies, based on the traditional monitoring and alarm, through state perception, health assessment, fault diagnosis, life prediction and maintenance, solving the problem of "whether to repair, when to repair, where to repair and how to repair" of equipment or components, and truly realizing intelligent operation and maintenance and predictive maintenance. The system intelligently diagnoses the potential faults of equipment by collecting the data of current, voltage, vibration, temperature, speed, pressure and other measuring points during the operation of equipment in real time, so as to avoid the deterioration of faults, effectively avoids "excess maintenance", reduces the maintenance cost caused by unnecessary disassembly, replacement of parts, etc.; effectively reduces the downtime maintenance time of equipment, improves the output; reasonably estimates the remaining life of mechanical parts, so that the equipment can be reasonably extended under the condition of ensuring safety.
